What are your aims for next season? I would like for the juniors to win another Scottish Cup title and I would like to ensure there are enough matches for every player to participate competitively if they would like to. In coaching, I will continue to identify players that are able to work at a higher level and ensure that sufficient challenge is provided to enable those players to improve their skills at an appropriate rate. I would like to increase the number of Kinross juniors playing in Regional Academy and national teams and introduce more people to the excellent game of cricket.
I would like the ladies team to continue to expand and for all the girls and women to really challenge themselves in trying new things and stretching their boundaries but have lots of fun at the same time. I hope that a Scotland cap is not too far away for some of the ladies players. And all of the above has to be in the correct spirit of the game in a safe and happy environment for all.
